The first public meeting of the Melton Town Forum was held on Monday 23rd of June in the Samworth Centre in Melton Mowbray.

27 people attended, including members of the public, four members of Melton Youth Council including the Young Mayor of Melton, County Councillors and Borough Councillors.

Malise Graham, Leader of Melton Borough Council, was nominated to take on the role of Chair for this meeting.
