Please find below information on your most recent and upcoming Community Forum meetings.
We welcome your suggestions for topics for discussion, but please note we cannot guarantee their inclusion on the agenda. In some cases it may be that we include your topic at a further meeting or deal with it outside of the Forum meeting. We will contact you to feedback any action that has been taken. Please use the form below to let us have your suggestion for discussion topics or question(s) you want to raise during the ‘Question Time’ slot.
Upcoming Meetings
Unfortunately, due to the unavailability of a suitable venue, the next meeting of the Bradgate, Rothley, Mountsorrel and Birstall Area Forum has had to be postponed for 24 hours and will now take place on Wednesday 14th March 2012; the venue is still subject to confirmation. Further details will be added as soon as they are known.
The Agenda will include an update on the projects that were successful in gaining funding from the recent Community Forum Budget process.
Please come from 6.30 pm for the chance to network and have a hot drink. The meeting will commence at 7.00pm.
Recent Meetings
Leicestershire County Council made funds available to all 25 Community Forums in the county.
The Bradgate, rothley, Mountsorrel and Birstall Area Forum had £15,000 available this year for local communities to invest in local improvements of their choice. A similar amount will be available next year.
We were looking for projects that can be delivered between January and the end of June 2012.
