| Progress to date: | 17/04/08 - Field trip to proposed footpath organised through Community Engagement Team - A pilot scheme be developed and implemented to investigate the practical costs and benefits of improving access between the Key Centre of Market Bosworth and the Rural Hamlets of Carlton and Cadeby. - The specifications for the construction of off-road rural links be reviewed to develop a practical low-cost specification for use in rural situations, - Alternative funding options are still being explored. ??/??/09 - Parishes agreement to part fund footpath ??/??/09 - Highways commitment to provide specification for project before grant aid is requested (to ensure compliance and improve chances of successful bid) |
